I haven't weighed him in awhile, but he now overshadows the other kids. <BR/><BR/>I read Henry's article too. Great stuff. I actually sent the article to my principal. He has a small organic hobby farm, and butchers a few cows each year--just for community sale. I think our staff buys most of it. But we had an interesting discussion Friday in the staff room about organic dairy. I was getting slammed by a colleague for being "suckered" into organic dairy. She claimed that organic cows are sick cows and that there is no difference in the product (based on lab tests). Anyhow, I found Henry's life expectancy info pretty shocking. <BR/><BR/>You guys are doing such good work. I hope we can take Oliver to visit someday.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
